Are Sam's Road Kids clothes produced ethically?
Yes! All of our clothes are designed and manufactured here in Toronto, Ontario by local artists and makers. We try our best to only use fabrics that are available on-site at the manufacturers to prevent creating unnecessary waste, while also maintaining high standards of quality. Does your clothing fit true to size?
Yes! However, please keep in mind that since our clothes are made from bamboo, they may shrink if put in the dryer.
How do I care for my Sam's Road Kids clothing?
We recommend that you machine wash your Sam's Road pieces on cold, and then lay flat to dry. This will help them maintain their buttery-soft feel.
How long will it take for my item to ship?
Your item will be shipped from Toronto within 2-3 business days. Items ordered during a sale or launch week may take up to 7 days.
Help! I didn't get a confirmation email!
If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please info us at info@samsroadkids.ca and we will sort it out.
What is your return policy?
Regularly priced items, in their original condition with tags, can be returned or exchanged for up to 15 days after the date of delivery. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified for up to 12 hours after purchase. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us at info@samroadkids.ca.
Do you offer local pick up?
We offer local pick up within Toronto, just select the "local pick up" option at check out.
How do I exchange a product?
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at info@samsroadkids.ca with your order number and "Exchange" in the subject line. We offer exchanges on items that are in their original condition with tags, for up to 15 days after the date of delivery. For an exchange, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost to send it back to us, and also for covering the cost of the new items to be shipped.
